Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Email address, if you sign up for the LiquidityWatch mailing list. This is double opt-in — you'll receive a confirmation link before any subscription becomes active. Your email is sent and stored directly by e3d.ai's own backend; no third-party email delivery service is used.
• Analytics data, collected automatically via Google Analytics — pageviews, browser/device information, and approximate location. This is shared with Google as our analytics processor and governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Personal Liquidity Exposure calculator inputs (your chosen asset allocation), if you use that tool — stored only in your browser's local storage. This never leaves your device or reaches our servers.
• LiquidityWatch's MCP server (the tools available through ChatGPT and other MCP clients) collects no personal or user-submitted data of any kind — it only returns published financial-stress data.

How we use it

Your email is used solely to send the material-change notifications and confirmations the mailing-list signup describes. Analytics data is used to understand site usage.

Retention

Mailing-list emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request removal. We don't currently state a fixed retention period for analytics data — that's set by Google Analytics' own defaults.

Your controls

• Unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time, or request deletion of your email, by contacting [email protected].
• Opt out of Google Analytics tracking via your browser settings, an ad blocker, or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
