Terms of Service

Effective 2026-09-25. Published by FutCo LLC.

1. What LiquidityWatch is

LiquidityWatch (liquiditywatch.e3d.ai) provides access to E3D's macroeconomic intelligence platform, including the U.S. Financial Stress Score, historical evaluations, and related data — through the website and through MCP tools available in ChatGPT and other MCP clients.

2. Informational only — no advice, no guarantees

LiquidityWatch is provided for informational purposes only. It is not investment advice, and nothing on this site or returned by its tools is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. The score and its narrative are produced by an AI research and synthesis process and reflect that process's analytical judgment, not calibrated statistical forecasts or guaranteed outcomes.

3. No transaction capability

LiquidityWatch cannot execute trades, transfers, or any financial transaction on your behalf. Nothing in this service initiates, executes, or facilitates money transfers, cryptocurrency transfers, or investment transactions of any kind.

4. Acceptable use

Use LiquidityWatch, including its MCP tools, only for its intended purpose of retrieving and reviewing published financial-stress data. Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service in a way that degrades it for others.

5. No warranty

LiquidityWatch is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Data and analysis may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete, and you should exercise independent judgment and, where appropriate, consult a qualified financial advisor before relying on it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FutCo LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, LiquidityWatch.

7. Changes

We may update LiquidityWatch or these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
